Brandie Fischkes has been teaching violin for 25 years within the Suzuki Method, including as co-director of Suzuki Music Program of Los Angeles for 8 years.

Brandie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Violin Performance from Loyola Marymount University. She has been trained in Suzuki Books 1-6, studying with renowned teacher trainers Michelle Higa George, Susan Kempter, Nancy Lokken, Alice Joy Lewis, Carrie Reuning, Terri Einfeldt and Bill Star.

Brandie started violin at age 4 with the Suzuki Method under the direction of Idell Low. She has performed with the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra.
